I would recommend it to another student looking to save money for a year, but I would not recommend it to anyone looking to stay or establish themselves in a community. I do not like to generalize this much, but the people living here are not clean, and that would be a big warning.

Great location and decent rent and great place to live

They are improving everyday , know one is perfect .Continue giving them a chance , things are getting better.

The noise level from outside and from the above neighbors is ridiculous. I've lived the apartment life for a decade and have never experienced it this bad. It's obvious that it's more to do with the structure of the building than the people. Our upstairs neighbors aren't loud or rude, it's just that I can hear EVERYTHING they do. Friendly and attentive staff can't fix that. That's why I may not recommend this place to friends and why I may leave even though I'm not high maintenance at all and I don't want to move every year.

I think once they do a few more improvements, I will.
