The neatness of the property has declined. Porches are becoming cluttered and somewhat trashy. Pets are not monitored by owners when left outside. One in particular, an Aussie in 1114 gets let out and left to bark every morning around, or a little before 7.

I would because it is a great apartment complex with great people, it has everything you need within the front office, pool area, weight room, etc. I've been to a lot of apartment complexes and this is one is by far the best I've lived at.

This is my 3rd year living at in this community and I have noticed a steady decrease in the apartment property. I started leasing here when this property was the Park at Lakeline. I loved the cleanliness of the property and really enjoyed the apartment staff at the time. When it was purchased by CWS, the staff changed, policies changed, and the property began to look messy and the type of tenants changed. We will not be renewing our lease this year and can't move out of here quick enough.

I would recommend the community because they really have tried to make us happy here even when we were at our very worst in every way.There were things we might have noticed had we taken more time in the unit that would have been more easily addressed prior to move in,like touch up paint and the drip pans but in the final tally ,that's our bad.
We are so happy that you chose Marquis On Lakeline as your new home and will do everything in our power to continue that promise. Thank you for being such wonderful residents.

Negative Aspects
1. It takes 2 whole minutes sometimes for the water to get hot. So inconvenient when I'm in a hurry.
2. The walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbor's cell phone ring or vibrate on their nightstand. They (neighbors) have complained several times when I was watching a movie in my bedroom because you can hear everything. I was even having a conversation with two other people in the bedroom and they could hear it. I hear my neighbor's dog upstairs every time it walks. If it weren't for these two things, I would probably consider staying until I purchased a house.

Thank you for posting your feedback on Renter's Voice. The hot water is heated by a boiler system and should not take any longer than 2 minutes to heat us especially if the hot water has not been used in the apartment for a while. Otherwise, you should get hot water almost immediately. Let us know if this is not the case and we will come check it out at your convenience.
I am sorry to hear that since you are in an area of the community that is extremely quiet therefore any kind of noise is very obvious, however, unfortunately multifamily housing such as apartment communities are not usually built to condominium specifications therefore you will hear some noise living around other residents.

The community was beautiful and had a lot to offer. It was very well-kept and appealing. The staff seemed very professional and friendly and easy to talk to.

Pros: safe, quiet, great location
Cons: parking, condition of some units - e.g., I've looked at a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit currently available in the back of building two on more than one occasion and the downstairs neighbor constantly has piles of animal feces and there is a lot of visible trash in the woodsy-growth area where the balcony faces.

I have recommend it to friends and family because its a beautiful place to live, theres so many stores close by walking distance so thats great.

The tour was very engaging and professional. I feel like she did not exceptional job of explaining the amenities and how they fit my needs. The community had some very nice features, including all the treed areas and private walking paths. The great room to the left as I walked in the entry was very impressive the way it was laid out. There were also tanning beds. The split level pool had a beautiful shape and was very inviting. The leasing professional handled herself well and seemed knowledgeable.

BUILDING 1 IS VERY NOISY. THE STREET NOISE IS VERY LOUD. IF THERE WAS A WAY TO PUT SOMETHING ON THE FENCE.
