In person, the leasing agent was engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. She did well tailoring my needs to the apartments being shown. However, I had to grade the community and the agent lower than expected because I was unable to view the amenities like business center, swimming pool, and fitness center.

Very large apartment community. Very well maintained community with a resort-style swimming pool area with lots of areas to entertain. Lots of seating outside. Also, direct access to the park behind the community was a big plus. Very pet-friendly.

Noisy refrigerator will not get fixed

Noise is my complaint with my experience. From the traffic noise on Lakeline (the noise is from the high powered cars with pipes and there are a lot of cars per day and throughout the night). The other noise that is quite high are the floors of the apartment. I'm on the second floor and I'm not able to walk normal because of the noise i produce for the tenant on the first floor. Then my neighbor upstairs walks normal and the noise is pretty high. Love the look of the faux wood floors, maybe carpet in the living room would be good.

Many neighbors or thoughtless, noisy, disrespectful, still don't pick up their messes, dogs bark, some dogs at night still aren't dogs not on leashes, people let their dogs pee all along our fence, our trash area gets NASTY because people do not put their trash IN the dumpster. Sometimes we can't even get to our dumpster! My neighbor and I keep our breezeway clean. BUT, I LOVE MY CORNER APARTMENT AND LOVE THE FLOOR PLAN!!

I "would" overall, because the complex is nice, both the front office and maintenance staff are friendly, and the rent rates are reasonable, compared to close by competition.
