The property needs care and proper clean up/mowing/lawn beautification.

I love living here other than the tiny parking spaces, and the fact that uncovered parking is far too hard to find later than 6 pm on weekdays. Biggest complaint is parking.

The property was immaculate. The common areas were very desirable. I would love living on the property. The apartments were updated, high-end finishes and everything anyone could possibly want in an apartment. The value was exceptional for the apartment.

My very first impression was a little tainted because the lady in the blue dress did not acknowledge me. However, the facilities and grounds were nice and Kristen seemed to genuinely want to help me. The apartment location was very good for my needs and the price seemed to be an outstanding value.
