I was impressed with the property overall. It appeared in new condition and offered all the amenities I would want as a resident. I especially liked the attached garage and additional parking, as well as the covered assigned parking and open guest parking. The gym, business area and lounge area were especially large and inviting.

The advantage that this community has is that it is new. It has amazing features like 10 foot high ceilings and granite countertops. The washer/dryer accommodations within the home are a major plus. Overall, this was an impressive community and looks like a fun place to live.

More parking on weekends especially toward the front of the complex.
Thank you for brining this to our attention. We will make sure that employees are parking between buildings 10 and 11, rather than taking the spaces at the front, or closer to the clubhouse. Please contact us in the office so that we can look at covered parking as an option for you.

Although I have only lived here just short of two months in Phase 2, I have enjoyed the apartment as well as the amenities. The only downfall is the new pool is still not open, but I know they are working on getting it open soon. I love my floor plan and the interiors and upgrades. I work from home, so I am home all day everyday. It is quiet and I really love that my energy bills are lower than my previous one bedroom apartment!
