I thought that this community was nice and in a good part of town. It would be perfect for the lifestyle of those that work in the area. The convenience of living here would nice for most. The apartment was nice in size and the layout would work for most.

The agent knew the property well. She gave it great value. The location of the property was great. I would have leased from her.

I felt that the property was very appealing to anyone wanting to live in that area. Prices were market levels and the features were very nice. I like this property a lot.

I would tell them that the location is great close to everything however try to stay on the top floor because you can hear every step the person above you takes. Also do not take the room with the sliding glass door because it is not insulated and the noise is so bad it sounds as though the door is open. You can feel the air coming through the door even though it is closed and locked. The noise is so bad in this apartment that I have to sleep with ear plugs.

The amenities at this community are fairly sparse, particularly when considering the lease rates. However, it does have an excellent location.
