This is a beautiful community in a great location. The community, amenities and apartments are beautifully maintained. The leasing professional is outstanding.

I would have leased here because the agent was very professional and genuinely cared about my wants and needs for the apartment home. The downtown views were amazing and I loved that there were not any traditional blinds on the windows, instead there was roller shades. The pool area and fitness center were both very small for my liking but the apartment home and agent made up for their short comings.

The common areas were all well kept and in very good condition. Although small, the pool looked very inviting and was sparkling clean. The apartments that I saw were both clean, at a comfortable temperature and smelled fresh. Of all of the apartments I have looked at, this one is at the top of my list.

It is a truly amazing property and seems to be well priced.

I would enjoy living in a smaller community, however the amenities were simply basics.

Overall my tour was amazing. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised at all the retail areas. The community was close to downtown. The grounds were nice and clean, and the landscaping was great. The actual product was flawless and the amenities were some of the best I have seen in the area. I would have greatly considered living at this community.

I tell my friends that the leasing office is pretty unhelpful and not very friendly. The apartments are nice though, so luckily we don't have to interact with them too much.

The community at first glance seemed exciting. Once I saw the amenities I was just not impressed. The pool was small and unattractive. The fitness area needed more equipment. The hallways were a bit dark. The apartment I saw was sufficient but the pricing was a bit much considering what was being offered.

The location is great. We are within walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Springs Pool, downtown, and shops on South Lamar. The complex itself is average. We live near the parking garage door, which has been broken ever since we moved in, so every time someone comes or goes we hear a loud slam of the door. We live near a high traffic street, so street noise is to be expected, and does not bother us. Our neighbors are quiet for the most part and very friendly. The complex lacks many of the amenities that other complexes in the area have, but the rent is very reasonable because of this. Although the fitness center could use a good clean. The pool area is nice and never too full, and we are always able to use the grill.

I would highly recommend Cole apts to anyone everyone. It is a great community filled with great people.

This community is located close to downtown. There are many nice restaurants and many businesses close by. The inside of the apartments are fabulous. I loved the open floor plan.

I couldn t ask for a better location and the apartment layout and amenities are exactly what I was looking for. I was fortunate to get the best of both worlds it s within 5 minutes to both work and downtown nightlife. There are wonderful options that are a stone s throw when it comes to being outdoors the lake, Zilker, Barton Springs and the green belt. Walk Score is 76 which is great and convenient.

It s pretty easy to hear your neighbors through the walls & ceilings. The maintenance crew is extremely punctual & professional. People are generally friendly, it s a bit pricey but overall a fairly good deal. The pool is small and almost a concrete dungeon in the middle of the complex, one wall backs up to the parking garage...not really condusive to entertaining. The gym facility is a joke, I ve never seen anybody in there and the equipment is limited/ dated.
