I would think twice about recommending to my personal family and friends due to my above comments, but would def recommend to entitled rich kids attending college and living off their parents dime. lol Or anyone under age 35.

I would 1000 percent recommend living at the Morris! Perfect location, amazing amenities (gym, pool, recording studio, rooftop lounge) everything is always very clean and the staff is so nice. My apartment is amazing. Itâs the best place to call home.

Lack of compliance with the city controlling the noise from dumpster pick-ups and construction between 11pm-6am. I have lived and do live in downtown cityâs in other states that enforce these ordinances .

Although I enjoy the building the rent seems high. There are other similar communities in the area that offer similar apartments and amenities that are cheaper. Also seems like prices are still increases.

Until the parking deck is fully utilized, the current short term guest parking policy is arbitrarily restrictive.
