I would tell them it is a wonderful place to live; quiet, safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff are all very nice. The property was well maintained, and the landscaping was done very well.

Everything is wonderful except the neighbors are very noisy, stomping so loudly that even my dishes rattle sometimes. This happens on a daily basis and usually lasts until 1-2 am. I have filed 3 complaints with the office and, if anything, the stomping is getting worse. This is not just walking loudly. They will take steps and then start stomping. It is very obviously intentional and apparently nothing can be done about it.

Before Equity sold Waterford Place, we were much better off. Lincoln company is mistakenly marketing Waterford like its a luxury property but providing a section 8 quality property.

There are cracks in the walls, the carpet is old and dirty, the ladies in the property office are rude and hateful and do not move in here. It is over priced and the ladies in the office are rude and hateful.

This apartment community is lovely. It is very modern, up-to-date, and well maintained. This would be an excellent place to live.

The community seemed decent, but the presentation was not very convincing.
