The leasing professional was very knowledgeable about not only the apartment community, but the surrounding area in general. Her presentation was very appealing to me and made me feel comfortable in wanting to move is as a new resident.

It requires a special type of individual to be able to relate well with others with such a natural and enthusiastic manner. the Leasing Professional was really commendable with her ability to relate well and build a rapport.

When I asked about the gate and security, I did not expect to get the type of reply that I received. I honestly began to think, "What kind of community is this that cannot get a gate that won't be knocked down by a car hitting it?" I questioned if the buildings were going to be able to withstand any type of strong wind. In my humble option, it would have been a better move for Trina to keep the stories of people knocking the gate off/over, it not being closed for two years, etc. to herself. If she had just said, The gate stays open and we are looking into having it removed, I would not have thought negatively about the architecture of the rest of the property.

In as the community was in a good location with quick access to the highway although far enough away to be very safe, I would certainly recommend it to anyone with a small family in need of top schooling and plenty of space for children to play. With shopping and a broad selection of food choices, all within waling distance, I felt as if this should be considered as a top choice for long term rentals.
