The apartment community was very comfortable. I would recommend the community.

The agent did not make me feel welcomed at the community. The tour was rushed. I would not recommend the property to a friend.

The leasing agent only mentioned they had a laundry room. No other amenities were discussed if they had any.

The leasing professional was disinterested in my business. She was distracted. She rushed me through the tour.

I thought what was offered for the price of the apartment was overall a good value. While the bedrooms seemed a little tight, the closet and storage space, along with the spacious living room and kitchen and bathroom upgrades were notable. The location to restaurants and schools was also very good, and being close to a green way access was a real plus. It seemed like the staff and community were working to put their best foot forward and made a good first impression. I thought the staff was also friendly to current residents. The leasing professional that helped me even referred to a resident in the clubhouse by name, and I found that to be very encouraging. For what appeared to be older apartments, the company was making a good effort to upgrade where possible.

While the community has made improvements and an attempt to upgrade, the quality of the workmanship did not seem to be very good. The leasing professional was very nice, but she did not attempt to get to know me or properly ascertain all my needs, and then sell to my needs.

The grounds were nice. The apartments were very small. The model is what I saw and though it was small, it was also lovely.

My impression of the community and customer service was neutral.

The community was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and informative about area features, such as proximity to shopping and restaurants. Overall the ease of access was stressed by the agent.

There seemed to be a lot of activity in the office. The community looked clean. I was also impressed at the value. The community was one of the only communities in the area that offered any kind of covered parking.

I knew i was getting a non renovated apt. however i did not expect the kitchen to be filthy upon move in. floors were especially bad, cabinets were not even wiped out,. hole stains in linoleum, bathroom linoleum is terrible with rips and stains and in serious need of replacing. the living room carpet was barely cleaned with bad stains that should be at least patched. spider webs and cob webs on the outside of all of the windows and deck in serious need of a simple spray wash. the blinds are inexpensive and all need replacing but were not. and until i told the doffice worker how extremely rude she was she was hateful to everyone she has since improved greatly. in all honestly I am embarrassed to have anyone over so i don't . I would only recommend it to some one with dire need of an affordable apt in west knoxville. service guys are nice and usually pretty timely.as i said i knew it was a nonrenovated apt...which should mean not updated not disheveled.

Good place to live, not a lot of maintenance issues.
