Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would and have recommended The Dwell as a great place to live based on my experience with the Office staff, Maintenance staff, and the residents. Everyone is great. The bonus is that it’s walking distance to so many restaurants and stores!

The community is quiet and convenient.

FYI: There have been numerous trash pickup inconveniences with old and new vendor. Uncertain if it is the vendor and city schedule or bin capacity/cost.

It appears that property ownership is more concerned with acquiring new tenants to pay higher prices rather than keeping long term tenants happy. I would only recommend a short stay for new tenants on their way to a more permanent location. It is such a shame because this was a beautiful community when we moved in, and the overwhelming sentiment amongst long term tenants is that Simpson has no care about the satisfaction of Dwell's residents.

Frustrations listed above. I love the area but

Easy living. No Problems.

Not necessary that I should recommend the community…. It is the property that should reflect the desire to live here and as much as the local staff does to keep it at a high level … to me who has lived here for about 15 years the corporate process of doing very little as possible to sell will not work in the best interest as the other properties in the area are new and fresh … but not necessarily better …

Would not feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone based on the lack of management I have experienced multiple times throughout my lease thus far

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would because of the quality of the property and the staff. I love the location and the amenities and I feel safe here!

The location is great, both to drive anywhere and because of the short distance to restaurants and grocery stores. But since 2023 there are more noisy people, throwing trash in the parking lot and leaving boxes or free stuff in the hallways and common areas. It has really lowered the experience of living here compared to how it was before. You should probably pick better people to rent

Reasons stated above.

I would the first year and a half but i will not recommend this complex to anyone anymore

Over the last two years, I feel the community hasn’t been kept up with the same as when I first moved in. For example, the dog waste outside. I appreciate the company coming around and picking up any and understand that some tenants may not have registered their dog so don’t worry about getting fined for not picking it up, but it has seemed to have gotten out of hand.

A peaceful community that generally responds quickly and efficiently to any request that is made and provides a great environment to live. Everyone at the office is wonderful. I forget I am in an apartment and not a home. I am disappointed in the manner that the repairs have been conducted by the corporation and the fact that my apartment has been damaged for three months. It is not the fault of the office. But I am surprised that they are the only ones that have been left to comment on the matter to residents or that no level of accomodation were ever offered as a token of apology by the corporation to those affected.

expensive for what it is...nice for short term perhaps.

It seems like this was a better place to live when I moved in 3 years ago. The neighbors aren’t as friendly and that was the best part about the community.
