The personality of the leasing professional was superb. She had a lot of energy and seemed to truly enjoy her position. She walked through the apartment and sold it well.

This community would be a option to me being the convenience of the location and the option to have washer/dryer included. I also liked that the complex had parking on the front side and back side so there was always ample parking. I was not at all impressed with the look or smell of the hallways but once inside it was okay. The bathroom was basic but I did like that also one had fans since not all apartments had those available. The agent was very nice and informative.

The community location stood out as convenient to shopping and yet somewhat quiet. The amenities were somewhat average, but the fishing lake and the adjacent clubhouse were inviting. The apartment was adequate, but the rate was a decent value for what was offered.

The property is a large 400 apartment community. It is convenient to shopping.

The staff was top notch and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The price of the apartments was an excellent value for all the amenities and features they had.

The apartments were newly renovated, it had a country setting that was close to the expressway. It was a very large community that offered a lot of amenities that would make anyone want to call this community home.

I was extremely impressed with the grounds and the attractiveness. The pond and lake added to the beauty. The remodeling of the apartments made them more desirable, and they were spacious and attractive. The value for the price of the apartment and community seemed to be a fair one.

I am very pleased. The staff is excellent, the grounds beautiful and well maintained and the location perfect. Very reasonably priced also. I would recommend these to anyone...

I have lived in Roper Mountain Woods for almost 4 years and am very satisfied here. Friendly office staff and competent maintenance staff make it a pleasant place to call home. We have a secluded community in the heart of one of the most sought after locations. Convenient to shopping, medical facilities, and easy access to the interstate. Would highly recommend RMW to anyone looking for a new home.

We are happy with our choice to live at Roper Mountain Woods Apartment Homes. We love the grounds and woodsy atmosphere.  The staff is friendly and are on premises daily.  My only disappointment is the timeliness of maintenance requests, however the maintenance staff are also friendly and competent.
