Overall, the property was very attractive, with tasteful accents throughout. I did find the entrance somewhat hard to identify from the street.

I felt that the pricing was too high for the size of apartments. The building was beautiful, and the staff was all very friendly. I would love to live there, but again, I felt the price was just too high.

This is a beautiful and well managed community. If you like downtown living with a view, this is the place to be.

This community is in an excellent location. It's rooms offer attractive views of the downtown area. It is close to the cultural center. A free short subway ride takes you to a casino and other sports venues. It is close to the newly developed North Shore area of Pittsburgh.

Overall, this was a nice apartment community. It was very clean and neat. The dwellings are new and fresh. Everything looks great. The office will be better with all of the signs and directions in their places. The place seemed warm and inviting. I would recommend this apartment community to co-workers and friends.

The leasing professional was very personable and friendly throughout the presentation. She immediately engaged in small talk in the office to develop rapport in addition to explaining the details of the apartment. I felt very comfortable and relaxed as a customer throughout the tour and thought that she was attentive to my needs. I had two objections about the facility, and I thought she did fairly well to overcome those objections. Although the amenities in the apartment were beautiful with the granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile floors, I felt that there was not enough square footage available for the large amount of money for the monthly rent. In addition, because these apartments are expensive, I expected to see a pool, tennis courts and a large outdoor deck for grilling and relaxing.

The leasing professionals exemplified customer service and friendly demeanors. They listened very well to my needs and gave great eye contact. My tour was personalized by asking how I liked the layout of the floor plan and if my closets were comparable to what they offered. She told me that the apartments were made very structurally sound which would not disrupt the adjoining apartment. I was told that it was going to be beautiful and convenient.

I had an overall positive experience and was impressed with the community.

The leasing professional was delightful, professional, energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and an excellent sales person. She presented the community with excitement and enthusiasm. The apartment community was clean, modern, and well maintained. The leasing professional greeted me with a big smile and provided me with a very warm welcome. She stood to shake my hand and made excellent eye contact. Soon after being seated, she attempted to identify my needs and apologized for the earlier telephone conversation where she felt she may have appeared disinterested. She confirmed that when I called earlier, she was with a client, and she was attempting to handle the call while attempting to resolve some issues with this client. Kelly confirmed again she had no two bedrooms available, however, she provided me with a tour of a one bedroom and provided me with floor plans of the two bedroom town home and the two bedroom penthouse, which she noted would be available in this November. The tour she provided was exciting and interesting. Kelly was very in tune to my needs and appeared well prepared. Prior to leaving, she again apologized for the unprofessional way in which she handled the initial call.

I was very pleased with the conduct of the staff. Everyone was very nice and comforting. This property is well designed and certainly well positioned.
