The setting for the community is beautiful and the apartments are very nice also. The amenities are outstanding. It seems like a very nice place to live.

My experience was very pleasant, and I had a good time visiting their property. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the community. They were eager to help me find what I needed. The unit I viewed was offered at a great price for the area and included lots of standard amenities that you would otherwise have to pay extra for. The community is conveniently located, not too far from different main roads. It is also a very reasonable drive to the airport, and there are other points of interest nearby including supermarkets, schools and parks. The community is in a very quiet, laid back part of town that is more private and secluded than I am used to, but it is only a short drive to downtown Allentown. Plus, larger cities like Philadelphia and Harrisburg are also within driving distance. I would definitely recommend the Residences at Willow Ridge as a top choice if I needed to live in the area.

Ericka never got back to me regarding the garage, mentioned it to her twice and left her a message but never heard from her about it.
New neighbors who were going to move in yesterday had to wait for hours to access their apartment. According to them, they were promised, the keys would be handed to them by the time they get here. Felt so bad for them waiting for hours outside under the heat of the sun.

This is a very nice, brand new community with excellent help. I would recommend this community in a minute.

The site is still under construction with several buildings already being completed. I would sign a lease at this property. Both the leasing professional and the leasing manager did a great job of making the discussion about me. I did not feel as if this was only about the sell. The onsite team showed genuine sincerity.
