Love the apartments themselves and the location, but as noted before, upkeep of the building and grounds has gone steadily downhill. Especially for the price, I would expect more. I've been pretty disappointed in the way things have been handled for the past year or so. It seems like we're the "poor relation" of Friedman Realty, since we're such a small complex. Does anyone from the company ever even check on the grounds at all?

I would recommend this community but the biggest drawback is the washer and dryer machines. They always break and it takes so long for them to be fixed.

The apartment itself is nice, comfortable and love the windows ... it’s the way mantence request are handled and no pride in any work that is done and the mess that is left is unbelievable .. I just get to the point where I accept that this is how things are taken care of here so I live with it ... I still have requests from when I moved in that are still not done

I would not recommend for the moment because cleanliness of the building is abysmal. You should really start deep cleaning at least twice a week. The laundry machines are prone to faultiness.
