If you want to pay top Dollar for OK apartments this is the place to rent! They use the cheapest of appliances, Cheapest labor they can find ( not the service guys, They are great) the guys putting in the carpet and such. The Hot tub when not over run with kids, Is yellow. And I sure hope you Like ants, every time it rains you will have them! Don't get a lower apartment because the noise from above is crazy. Which they will do nothing. The management will not enforce their own rules for fear of getting sued. As I said to start. If you want to pay top dollar for a OK apartment is a nice area this is the one!

I am in complete agreement with your opinion of our service team. We are very proud of them and the excellent job they do. They are the best! I’m sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience here have failed to live up to the expectations we strive for. All our appliances are reliable GE products and our maintenance team is proficient in maintaining them. When they can’t be repaired we always replace them with the newest model. All pool and hot tub chemicals are tested several times daily to ensure that our residents have a great experience as they unwind after a long day. In fact, one of our service technicians recently achieved a perfect score on his official pool certification training. As for the noise, more than half of our units are located below another unit and we are aware that some people enjoy bottom floor units more than others. Residents always have the option of a top floor unit if they prefer it. Our resident satisfaction scores have given Cascade Summit an “A” rating for 10 years and running. We are glad that after all your looking around you chose to make Cascade Summit your home.

All of my guests get lost because there are two Building 8s. There should be a cap on the rent.

I enjoy living at Cascade Summit, love the place. I do, however, have a couple of ideas for improving the overall experience of residents here. My biggest complaint is that children monopolize and use the jacuzzi by the pool as a "kiddie pool." I am not able to use the jacuzzi many times because of children. The other issue, not a big issue, is that the exercise equipment is not able to be switched out upon request. I needed a stair machine, but management said that due to contracts, it was impossible to change out one machine for another. Thanks for your consideration.

Good screening process. We feel safe and other residents are pleasant and polite. I get 0 sun on my deck due to thick, prolific trees. I wish the one tree was thinned so I could enjoy my deck. When it rains, water pours off the above landing and we have to walk through a "waterfall" (minor thing, not a big issue.) We'd like a handicap parking spot for my 83 year old mother, but neighbors are kind and save it for her, so far.

We hadn't lived in an apartment in over 30 years and were not sure what to expect, but it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff in the office always calls us by name, which is impressive enough, but also somehow seems to remember what unit we're in. They have been kind and very helpful! The maintenance team members are all equally kind and helpful. We've always had a quick response and they have taken care of what we need. They leave making sure everything is clean and neat and that every mess is cleaned up.

The office and they way it's decorated look amazing. The people there are also very nice, love working with them. The only thing I think that Cascade Summit can improve on is the cleaning of the exterior. The birds are lovely and very peaceful but poop everywhere. It's all over the front of our place, we really dislike it. I know our next door neighbors don't like it either.

It would be nice to have electrical/light switches pertaining to entry near entry of apartment and diagram of what each switch does. Would be nice to be able to turn off porch light. I like that the community is quiet.

Love many things about Cascade Summit Apartments. The office managers are wonderful in every way, grounds are well manscaped and maintained, maintenance personnel is very knowledgeable and courteous, and maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Resident visitor parking is more than adequate. Property is conveniently located near shopping malls, downtown medical facilities, recreational facilites, and the airport. Only complaints are the heating system, lack of air conditioning, and automated answering system for office telephone.

My one dissatisfaction is that I have been promised every month to have the panes in my bay window changed. The panes have their seals broken and are very unsightly. The heating unit is very noisy. Trim back branches on pathway to let more light through.
I have had a window they keep telling me they will fix for four years lol
