At one of the open houses this winter there were about 5 or 6 of us there that said we would like to get some activities going, like cards, games, etc. Chris has a list. So far I have not seen anything about it. There was one reading of children's stories by Mike (I believe it is). I did not hear about it until it was over. Bev. Mallette

The grounds are well kept despite the few who don't clean up after their dogs. Beautiful landscaping and variety in structures of buildings are great. I feel safe here!

Not enough parking. The company that handles that water bill, AUM always tries to charge a late fee when you pay on time.

Rules and regulations are all within reason and are reflected in the pleasant and clean appearance of the hole community.

Pros - Nice, safe neighborhood to live. Nice, courteous people in the area. Very convenient, close to everything. Grounds upkeep is good and most neighbors follow rules concerning their pets. Feel very safe here. Cons - Rent is high. AUM utilities are somewhat high.

The grounds themselves are always well maintained and very comfortable to walk around in, day or night. It is well lit for the comfort and ease of taking my dog out for nightly walks and it is a joy to run across other tenants

I have often rec this apt community. Mainly due to the quiet and safety of this area. The amount of building that is going on is disturbing to me. I don't want the new traffic and trash. I like West Linn the way it was a year ago.

I would recommend because it is a great place to live. But if the rents keep going up as drastic as it did this last time I would not recommend it.

I would recommend these apartments. Because it had everything one needs plus more. The pool, hot tub, workout room and a computer room Also it is clean and well kept. The office personal are always very helpful
