I would recommend because,It's a fairly quiet community. The pool/hot tub area is situated in a manner that gives it a private
feel. Easy access to all amenities, pool area, nice gym, computer work area with internet access. The additional recycle and trash containers are easily accessed and yet unobtrusely tucked in. Mature park like atmosphere with sidewalks literally everywhere, shopping, personal care services, restaurants, healthcare, a bank, a major grocery store etc. directly across the street. Parks and fields near by, as well as a community center.

It’s a very old building however, it’s very spacious my apartment. There’s no upgrades at all.

It is not a good place for senior citizens.

I have recommended Cascade when I think it suits someone's needs and finances.

I'd love to have friends near by but also I feel about where I live and would want them to enjoy the same.

I love the neighborhood feel. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Of course, the market, restaurants, and services in walking distance is an added bonus.

It is a wonderful, clean, and safe community.

I feel safe and am pleasantly surprised how quickly maintenance requests are answered and repaired or at least there is info on when it will be repaired.

It just needs to be updated and kept from showing its age.
