I would only recommend this community if I thought it was a good fit. Some of my friends might not make the best tenets here but others might.

For me is a good place to live.

I just feel the cost is high and parking is not the best.

It is very great place to call home.

Majority of the people I know out here in Oregon either have lived in, or know someone who lives / has lived here in Quatama Crossing.

I like the apartment I have now, but was shown an apartment that was laid out very choppy and I was surprised that other people liked it! I hated it! The apartment I have now, meets my needs for open concept (kitchen to living room)which is perfect! I have my TV so I can wash dishes in the kitchen and see it without anything getting in the way! This is better than my last apartment, which had a wall in front of the way of the TV!

Very attractive appearance, spacious apartments, close to the Max line, and excellent maintenance responses make Quatama Crossing good place to live.

The pet waste situation is a deal breaker for some people.

I just moved here on 08-15-2015, so far I have nothing but nice things to say about this property. Yes, is big, yes, it has a lot of buildings, yes, there are a lot of kids, but honestly, I don't hear them in fact. The office staff is not only friendly, but they are upfront about everything; maintenance shows up immediately; the grounds are clean and the amenities are very adequate, and since there are children around, and as you know nowadays parents are non existent, I am surprised as how clean the pool and play areas are kept. And the most important feature, although the building has its years, the apartment is spacious, well design and very comfortable. I wish this had been my first apartment when I moved to OR.

This is a well maintained community. The agent was friendly and helpful.
