There is no way I would tell anyone to check out VF.
I wanted to thank you for completing our survey. I'm sorry you have been unhappy here. I would like to extend the opportunity for you to vacate before your lease expires without charging you the lease break fee. I did enter in your 30 day notice as requested for 11/19/2017. Please let me know if you would like to vacate earlier and we can change your move out date.

I wanted to send a quick thank you for completing our survey. Our pool will open again on April 1st and I believe we keep it at 82 degrees. If for some reason its cold let me know and I'll have Bruce check on it. Our next giveaway is Blazer tickets in March then another resident event in April. We hope to see you there!

Its just a bit pricey for such an out of the way location and the trains are rather loud, but other than that its ok.
I hope you had a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year. I wanted to thank you for completing our survey. I wanted to touch base regarding the package service. I wish we had an area to hold them for our residents to come and pick up but due to the possibility of theft we are unable to. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I love this area. It's quiet, well maintained and comfortable.
I appreciate you taking the time to complete our survey. Without your feedback, we in the office would not know what goes on after hours so we appreciate you sharing your concerns. We will do our best to reach out to our patrol service. They do come through the community 3 times a night. It is random hours but I agree that they are doing a quick drive through and I feel they should inspected areas better. I will contact them and let them know of the issues we are having so they can convey that to the guys on patrol.
In regards to the smoking after hours we are continuing to try and find out which residents are violating this policy. If you know of certain areas or buildings even apartments we would be happy to reach out to them. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

The cleanliness is going down month after month. I enjoy my apartment and the staff but I'm not sure I would recommend at this point. This will likely change though if some minor improvements were made.

It's the staff that makes the difference.
Aggressive manager, bad area
Avoid this place if possible - the manager (not the salespeople) is aggressive and unprofessional. The finishes aren't nearly as nice as they look in pictures, and the rent cost is way higher than what you can get nearby. Pet situation is crazy and place isn't even all leased yet.

I have lived here now for 5 months and love it. Molly, Rob, and Lisa are awesome in the leasing office. They respond immediately if there are any concerns from the residents, plan great community parties, and are very welcoming. Bruce and Sal in maintenance are also amazing and respond immediately if there is an issue. The apartments are all new and spacious with lots of closets and SS appliances. Plenty of parking for guests too. The pool area and fitness center are great amenities and the open concept for entry into the apartments (no creepy hallways and elevators here) is a bonus. If you are moving to the area you need to look here first, it will save you a lot of time :)

This place was beyond amazing, everything was pristine. They had a lot to offer just on property itself. The leasing agent was never pushy, listened and understood what mattered. They were professional, knowledgeable, and fun to be around.
