Very likely as long as they do not need a bathtub.

The community overall was nicely manicured and very very pleasant and sunny. The building structure itself was nicely laid out with large windows that took advantage of the setting. The lobby architecture was not taken advantage of. Everyone I met from the parking lot through the building made eye contact and greeted me to the point where I did not know if they were staff or residents.

This community was affordable and had great features.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the homey feelin of the community. The tour was very comfortable, and I enjoyed viewing the property.

The community sits off the main road of route 9 where there is lots of shopping. The community itself is very private well maintained, quiet and peaceful. The featured amenities are made for good healthy senior living.

The community was attractive and offered most of what I would need. The residents seemed lively and engaged. The community impressed me more favorably than the apartments, however. Most of the apartments lacked patios or balconies and had small living rooms with no dining area. The kitchen was small, with a small stove. The leasing agent was friendly, but did nothing to engage me or learn my needs. Leasing would be a difficult decision between the nice community and a tight apartment.

It was the most depressing place that I have ever seen. I didn't see any attempt at making this complex the slightest bit cheerful. The walls were dark green, an eighties color, in the halls, making it look even more dark and depressing.

I could not judge every detail completely and rate this as accurately as I would if I had seen an actual model or vacant apartment. They did not have anything open for me to see as of yet. However the staff were warm and friendly, and appeared to be very happy and full of enthusiasm and happy to help. The grounds exterior and common areas were beautifully maintained.

The grounds were well maintained. The amenities were clean and attractive. The apartments were well kept and in move-in condition. The residents appeared to be enjoying the community lifestyle.

The leasing agent made the place look so desirable. I already feel like I know some of the people she greeted as we passed them. I know for sure that if you do not want to be lonely or alone then this is the place to be. It looked like a hotel and the people I saw looked very happy. There were even a group of men playing pool and a group of women sitting together playing cards! They show movies and have a lot of social activities. The agent spoke about using the laundry rooms as opposed to having a washer and dryer in the apartment. She said I would have a spot to store things! It was a plus that she mentioned she lived there also because she really likes being there and made me feel that I would also! She also mentioned that people tell her they are going to their room as though they feel they are in a grand hotel! I got that feeling also. In addition, the hallways smelled fresh and clean just like a nice hotel!

I actually would like to revisit the site. The place looked like a great place to live!
