The communication with both leasing professionals was a rewarding experience. I was very satisfied with the telephone call, despite a little prodding for information on my part. The onsite leasing professional was close to flawless. She exhibited enthusiasm, professionalism and she was eager to help. Even though there was nothing available at this time, she was able to communicate a sense of excitement that aroused my attention and curiosity. I was eager to see more. She was able to show some amenities in the community. These amenities were attractive and well kept. This was a very positive experience.

The community is located in a very pleasant and quiet residential area of Suffolk County, Long Island. It is about within two miles distance from major local chain stores. There are amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground and outdoor volleyball court.
The costs are reasonable. Overall, I found the community appealing.

I would most definitely consider purchasing an apartment here as I feel that it is a well kept community with many amenities offered. I would feel very comfortable calling this particular place home.
