I am very happy with staff, always professional. The way I would love to see things improved would be to put a wall up, my apartment sits by the freeway and its way too noisy!

The community was very well maintained and the apartments were spacious. They offered washer and dryers. The one bedrooms had two patios and plenty of storage space. She appliances were in great condition and the cabinets were kept clean and updated. The amenities were really nice as well. The pool and gym were clean and had great hours of operation as well.

The community had a variety of floor plans to meet anyone's needs. The amenities were complete and there was something for everyone. The staff was genuinely interested in meeting my needs and having me as a resident.

Would recommend because of location, value, views, friendly staff, and overall quiet community.

The apartment is somewhat tucked away and no other apartment buildings are nearby. There are business structures close by and a school. The leasing office is not visible right away, upon driving up to the property.

I would recommend this community because it is very quiet and not a lot of city drama ie:cop calls and such

The increase in rent every time a lease is renewed would make me hesitant on recommending this property.

For me, the location, the size of the apartments, and the staff are what make a good place to live. San Miguel fits very well for me. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

I like the community, seems to be quiet and safe. Don't like how the decision to raise the rent is decided.
