This was a very charming community. It felt very cozy. I especially liked the walking trail. I could see neighbors getting together and going for walks together.

From the phone conversation, I was very excited to visit the community, but once onsite that thrill was lost. The community itself was nice. The model was clean and well designed. My morale was brought down by the leasing professional more than the community, but the community did not offer anything that would make me overlook that.

The community was very nice and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. The community offered the typical things an apartment community would offer. Nothing stood out, and not having a pool for such a high price would be a turn-off. The leasing agent was polite, friendly, and sincere. They talked about the community, apartment, and amenities in a general way. She did not make anything sound great or out of the ordinary. Based on my experience, I may or may not rent. The rent was high compared to apartments in the area that offered other things.

The leasing agent sold the benefits of living at the community. She asked for my business and offered more than enough information for me to make a fully informed decision. She was outstanding. The community was very well-kept. I would lease at the location and recommended it to friends and family.

The experience was great. Upon arrival, the appearance of the community was appealing with great curb appeal. The staff was very friendly and professional. I did not leave the community without having all my needs being addressed. As the tour proceeded, I started to envision living in the community. The views were calming and soothing. The features were wonderful. Living in the community would be very comforting and would be a good decision.

This property was well kept. However, it just appeared to be an older property that had been updated. I did not find it particular spacious in its common areas or even the apartment for the cost. I did think however, the agent who showed me the property handled herself well and did a good job at sharing the amenities and other features of the apartment and the community.

Aesthetically it was very appealing when you walk out of the office along the path to get to the apartments, but something was missing in the parking area. The entry and exit gates need to be jazzed up. The way they look now are very blah; it took away from the draw to enter the community. The welcome sign to the property needs improvement; it looked somewhat outdated.
The apartment itself needed one or two more touches to make it feel money, but overall for the amount they are asking in comparison to the amenities they are asking, it was too much. Even if the heat was included they are still asking too much for the apartment.

The staff was outstanding and were very interested in providing a quality experience. The demonstration was well done and the amenities were okay. The apartment and community seemed like a fair value for the lease amount required.

The leasing professional provided excellent service and created great value for the community and apartment. She was very detailed as well as engaging.

This community is serene and beautiful. The pond and walk way is so lovely. The grounds are clean and well kept. The clubhouse is so convenient and comfy. The fitness center is well equipped and convenient. The staff at this community are very warm and inviting. This community is a wonderful place to call home.
