Shady neighbors in the community, deteriorating apartment quality and slow or non existent maintenance help

Based on this experience I would not bring my family to live here. The staff was disconnected and distant and I did not feel welcomed.

The property was well maintained and a good value.

The cost for rent is too expensive and the new items that people have to pay for when signing a lease are not worth living there. There is a lot of other apartments that are nice and cheaper without fees that are unnecessary (garbage cans outside door a charge that is ridiculous) we are more than capable to walk it and not pay an additional fee for that. And there is not much of a grace time if you are late on rent the court papers are filed too fast to evict and with an unknown expense that could occur the office personnel file too fast. A tenant doesn't even have until the 15th to pay late with a late fee. The court papers are filed before that, that's not fair.

Honestly, the renovations were impressive. The interior of the apartment was just nice. The on-site maintenance was a plus. The salesperson was dynamic. The price was exceptional.

I find the apartments are a little over priced for what they are. I also find the office staff impossible to deal with.

I feel the staff is professional and are working to improve this community and the rent is reasonable.

A big expense for an average sized apartment

The community and the amenities were nice, but there was nothing to make the property stand out from the competition.

The apartment community is well kept and quiet. The landscaping was well maintained, and the area appeared safe. The apartments were spacious and had nice appliances. I would consider moving here.

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone, and have, but would not recommend renting near our apartment building.

Little closet space

Its comfortable, people are friendly, great location

I would recommend this apartment because it is military friendly and good on the budget. I have passed in the information to the housing office on my military base and they will suggest it to military members.

Too many fighting families.
