The apartment building is quiet and the apartments are study/well built. Outside landscaping is well maintained. Carpeting in main areas need to be replaced. Elevator has been replaced and is working well. Needs a ramp at one exit for easier entering and exiting. New manager is available and quite pleasant. Maintenance is prompt. Convenient location for our needs.

I would recommend it especially because of my situation and my disability everything is right here for me to help me move forward, and not be tied down as much there is so much in this area to offer plus I love the the school system. And I have seen worse. And I consider it safe.
