The noise level at the pool area late at night running into the 10/11pm hour has been getting increasingly louder. I don't mind during the day, but at night when I'm trying to go to bed it isn't pleasant.

I used to like living here until...

I moved in in August when there weren't many tenants & then they just started to swarm in with their dogs. Many don't clean up after them, leaving poop everywhere when this community clearly caters to people with pets, giving them a dog park and numerous areas to have their dogs potty. That's more than they do for human kids, which is NOTHING. I have complained about these irresponsible tenants and all they do is send out an email. What is that going to do? There have been a few instances where people have allowed their dogs to run free unleashed. I am just waiting for the day that someone's furry baby becomes a speed bump. Then what??? For as much as I pay in rent, they should have something available for human kids...uh, like a park. This place is really irritating me.
