I loved the community. It was a very large community and I loved the fact that it had two swimming pools, and two fitness centers. I loved the amenities that were offered in the community.

I have lived in Waterford Square for almost a year and just resigned my lease early. The prices are great, the staff in amazing, everything is close! They also have some of the biggest two bedrooms around. Very quiet area no problems with the neighbors what else could you ask for! I have referred 3 people to live here and they love it so far! They also have a big pool party in the summer and all the kids and family’s came out, it was awesome!

My fiancee and I had to rush to find an apartment and move within one week after she was hired at a reputable local hospital after graduating from UNC, Chapel Hill. We chose Waterford Square apartments because we liked the spacious apartment layout, the look of the complex, the pools/gyms, and especially the price.

After moving in in a rush, we were a little worried by some scary negative reviews that we found on the internet. We hoped that we hadn't been duped into a mistake. Happily after living here a year already, quite literally everything that was complained about in these reviews has turned out to be completely false. The office staff has been nothing but pleasant and sincerely helpful; a few small maintenance requests have been dealt with in a timely manner by a competent and friendly maintenance crew. When we had a problem with some water leakage from our fridge, the entire fridge was replaced. When I accidentally left our garage unit door open with our bicycles and motorcycles inside, a conscientious grounds worker disconnected the opener and shut the door to prevent potential theft. We have had no issues with crime here, nor have ever felt unsafe.

The pools and gyms have been clean and a joy to use. And though the immediate area is busy, traffic-wise, everything you could need--from the Post Office to Food Lion, gas stations, Lowes, a slew of restaurants, even a hobby and music store--are literally within minutes away. There is also a beautiful greenway for walking a short half-mile away.

Our electric and water bills have been extremely affordable; and we have had no issues whatsoever with loud neighbors or partying. We both agree that whatever issues the disgruntled former residents had had that prompted those reviews, Waterford Square has to its credit has effectively and adequately addressed them in total--or that the reviewers were just those kind of negative people who complain excessively when they haven't been "catered to". My fiancee and I would definitely recommend Waterford Square to anyone.

I moved in two years ago and have loved it from the start. I chose the fully upgraded apartment which came with a washer and dryer included. I've never had any major complaints. My neighbor above me had a leak that caused some damage to my ceiling but maintenance came and took care of it pretty quickly. This past summer I had to finally take advantage of the complimentary pest control (spiders...YUCK!) but once they sprayed I had no more eight legged nightmares. The girls in the office are always really friendly and go out of their way to help with any thing you need. I would definitely recommend any one to live here!
