The place was nice, the leasing agent was amazing, but I was not toured through the community to see the area better. I did not see the pool or the gym. I would recommend it to family and friends, because the rent was affordable, the outside of the buildings were nicely painted, and the apartment itself had a good size and looked very well kept.

I would not have leased an apartment based on the Leasing Professional's presentation.

My overall impression of the community was that for the price, it probably would meet my expectations, which honestly would not be very high for a community like this. The fact that the pool was extremely dirty when I saw it told me that they do not take care of the pool when it is not in season. The fact that the fitness center was in such bad condition told me that this community did not necessarily invest back into its residents as I would hope they would. The apartment itself would be the only selling feature because of the size and space. Lastly, the cost of the apartments was not ridiculous for what you get, but it would not necessarily be somewhere I would want to live for the other reasons I stated.

I loved the fact that there were two pools and fitness centers available.
