Right above whole foods, close to south end and transit, 10th floor offers amazing amenities

extremely noisy: Highway next to the building and loud music late at night from neighbors.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

There are other communities in the area that give you more bang for your buck that are just as nice.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

For the price point, I believe there are communities uptown that are better maintained and managed.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Novel Stonewall station. I have not met or interacted much with the new management group but look forward to it when I renew my lease

I would, but I’d warn on the construction.

I would truly enjoy the opportunity to tell you everything that hasn’t worked or worked properly in this property but there is. Or enough hours in the day for a working person.

Very loud construction

I have enjoyed living here for over a year. I'll be leaving soon to my new home purchase but I'll miss the community.

Specifically services offered by concierge and leasing offices (daily events, postbox and packages retrieval, etc.) as well as living right above Whole Foods

The amenity closures have been very heavy-handed. No notification or discussion with tenants. Pool table room was totally closed while there was hardly anybody ever in it. Instead of shutting down the fitness center they could have a loud only a limited number of people in it. They totally close the pool area. Set tenants could not have guess which is completely ridiculous. Personally I feel that the apartment management has broken our lease.

The rents are too expensive for what you get. I can hear through walls, the elevators are terrible in the high rise (Noisy, slow, and broken far too often), and guest parking is terrible.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would because of the location, wholefoods, the overall quality of the features(high rise) and the amenities. But with caveat on price

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Terrible people making lots of noises with no consideration for others; pet wastes everywhere.
