Security is lacking. Front door, back door, parking garage doors are either broken or unlock. I am always meeting people at the elevator asking me to scan them in to a floor (Weekend are the worst). Concierge turn over rate is high and would rate them below average.

I would recommend because it is in the city, but I think they can also find a more affordable place close by

Love the apartment, location and people who work here. I really wish the garage gates worked better. Iâm very nervous that my car will hit them because I have to get so close to them to make them open. I asked for a new sticker censor for my car but was denied.
