The community offered a fantastic lifestyle with the amenities and the great location in the uptown area but was not in a very busy area. The leasing office had a peaceful feeling to it. The amenities seemed subdued but beautiful, where you could relax easily.

Too loud, apartment walls are too thin, can hear everything from walking above you all the time, doors closing,toilet flushing, talking; expensive; no privacy on balconies theyre so close together

In the office, not only was I greeted by the leasing agent, but also her coworker. She was very friendly and nice. The two maintenance men also said hello. They were very friendly and nice. The cleaners in the hallways cleaning also spoke. They were friendly and nice. I really felt welcomed. The amenities were flawless. They were very clean. The gym smelled and looked good. The office smelled and looked good. The whole building smelled good and good. I had no complaints.

I would recommend it to people who are a little older than I am, but I would probably not recommend it to people just out of college. I love the neighborhood but theres not really a coffee shop or much nightlife within walking distance. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to almost everywhere in Charlotte, but at 24 those Uber rides start to add up
