the townhomes should have more sound barriers between neighbors. Additionally the windows are of poor quality.

Location is good. Traffic is horrendous. Evenings are constantly interrupted by the sound of "fart-pipe" street racers running up and down Providence and Ardrey Kell.

I would not recommend because other residents are allowed to smoke, and all that toxic fumes creep in to the apartment and it is very harmful specially if you have a baby or younger children.
