The apartment community is well manicured but I was not impressed with the apartment itself. On a good note, the management is very friendly and pleasant.

For the value of the apartment homes in this community is worth living there. However, inside the apartment itself, could use a little more work. The leasing agent was very professional and made up for what the apartments were lacking. She was very honest, courteous, informative and loyal to her community and property.

The area that this property is located in seems to be geared towards a certain clientele. The people that worked at the leasing office as well as the information booklet that was given to me had the same theme. I felt that the leasing professional could have spent more time trying to sell the property even if she had nothing to show at the time.

I did not get to tour the community. I could not see any of the amenities. I felt like the agent was rushing me the whole time. She was polite and friendly but did not seem interested in showing me a tour.

The community was very well kept and quiet. They were nice size apartments if you do not have too many items, however, there was a lot of storage space if needed.

While the Leasing Professional was pleasant and polite, I didn't feel like she was sincere in her efforts to find me a new home. I felt like I was an interruption in her day. She did nothing to build rapport and really find out my needs.

It was a nice community. The fitness center, pool, and tennis courts are well maintained. The community is in a nicely wood area making it quiet and serene.
