The leasing agent was pleasant, and I was comfortable with her. However, when walking up to the apartment, there were scuff marks on the sides of the walls, and the stairs inside were not painted. The outsides of the apartments were well painted, but when walking up the stairs to the apartment, I felt there was neglect in painting around the stairwells. Also, inside the fitness center, there was no air conditioning.

I thought that the community was nice, and the grounds were clean and free of trash and debris. There was no trash around the trash bins, and the mail center was tidy. The leasing office is clean, but not modern in furnishings and decor. The staff that I encountered was very friendly and pleasant. She was knowledgeable with wanting to know what I was looking for to suit my needs, which made me feel that I could openly communicate any issues if I were to live there.

I noticed that the upkeep of the buildings was not as it should be. I saw peeling paint, screen doors off hinges, and the counter tops in the apartment I viewed were distressed. The grounds were in good shape and well taken care of, and I saw no trash on the property. From what I could see, the amenities looked in good shape, but I did not get to view them closely.

The leasing professional gave a very basic presentation. She covered all areas, but I did not feel a connection with her. The community was clean, but very dated. The unit I viewed that was ready for lease was in need of repairs, and some fixtures needed replacing. These issues in the unit really reduced the perceived value of the community.

The cabinetry and light fixtures inside the apartment were out-dated and needed to be upgraded. Also, the condition of the apartment was disappointing. The bedroom door had a medium-sized dent in it that appeared to have been made by a human fist. An attempt to cover up the dent was made with spackling. However, the attempt to cover up the damage to the door only made it more apparent. Also, the top shelf inside the closet was barely attached to the wall. The leasing agent was pleasant and gave a basic, generic tour. Based upon the leasing agent's presentation I would have leased an apartment. However, based upon the condition of the apartment I was shown I would not consider living at the community.

The property is in need of serious help. Pretty much everywhere I looked, there were signs of distress. The agent did a really nice job of selling, though.

The leasing professional didn't seem rushed, even thought she was the only one in the office, and I felt I had her undivided attention. She rode me around the community in a golf cart and pointed out the amenities that were there. She was very professional.
