We are required to use the valet trash service and pay the $21/month but the service is terribly unreliable. I regularly put my trash out and go to bring it in at the end of the night to find that the trash is still there. I've had instances where I've put the trash out on a Monday, again Tuesday, and finally on Wednesday, they actually pick it up. Usually when several other neighbors have cans out as well and they are forced to.

I think it would be nice to have more updated appliances in the kitchens of the apartments and to provide fans/overhead lighting in the apartments. Beautiful, upkept apartment complex and units, they still look brand new. It would be nice to have multiple entries to each building, like a key fob access point at each stairwell to make people more prone to use the stairs instead of going in main entry where elevator is.

Fridges way too small in 2 bedroom apartments. Washer/dryer are small in handicap unit. Great staff, always so pleasant and asking if all okay in apartment. Always great treats in office. The best place I have lived for sure.

I am overall satisfied with the service I receive here. However, I do feel that there is a lack of designated residential parking an a lack of security throughout the area.

What a great place to live. You do every good job of upkeep, being ahead on refurbishing, and maintenance. Plus, it's all done with a smile by people who appear to enjoy their work. I live in Building 1 and Rodney does an excellent job of caring and taking care of our building. And, he's pleasant everyday. Thanks!

It would be nice to have better quality paint on the wall that didn't get scuffed so easily. Other than that I LOVE this apartment community! The leasing office ladies (all of them!) are amazing. The apartment appliances are great, everything works, maintenance is so efficient and friendly. I feel at home!

Very clean & peaceful community. The overall morale of the tenants that live here is very high which speaks volumes about the way the community is managed. I've enjoyed living here so much! The events that take place like bbq's are also very nice as well as the newsletters we receive every month. I would def recommend!

Free Internet is never consistently "online" - loss of connectivity. It was one of my deciding factors when I first moved here a year ago.

We did a blind rental from Illinois with Brittany. The customer service we received was awesome. Since arriving, the office and maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to assist us. Coming from a 3 bdrm home on an acre lot, the kitchen storage and the doorway into the master bedroom blocks the walkway to the bath would be the only complaint.

Could you please equip the Gym with few aerobic steps. To clean up the pound (which is on the corner of the building #3) and construct the fountain there. Once in a while (once a year) clean front of a building and wash the windows.
