I would have leased the apartment. I was impressed with the way the leasing agent presented the apartment.

Based on the treatment and care I received from the professional, the detailed tour and information that was provided to me, the upkeep of the property and the upgrades to the apartment, I would have signed my paperwork that day.

Well maintained, parking is good, overall I like it...except one problem, it's not insulated well so I can hear my neighbors VERY well and many of them scream at their kids at all hours of the day and the people upstairs are constantly banging around so badly that the walls sometimes shake Other than that I like it . It's great proximity to everything, including a reputable hospital in the area.

We have lived here for close to 4 years and we are happy Even with it being an older property, the buildings and kept in very good condition, the grounds are always exceptionally clean and free of debris. It is also a well managed property and communication to the residents is good. This coming from someone in the business Maintenance is on top of everything and very friendly.

Overall I loved the upkeep of the community and the amenities they offer. The apartment itself was okay. I could tell it was a little outdated, but I like how they are renovating the place. The leasing professional was the sweetest and very helpful. She took great pride in the community. I would have no problem living here for the rental price.

I've begun my third 12 month lease and am very happy here. Previously working in property management, I have to admire the way Amy operates Berkshire Place along with John and Courtney's help. The preventive maintenance is wonderful and something a lot of companies do not do.The curb appeal and grounds are beautiful thanks to John and the quick response to service requests by Al and Danny are unequaled. Thank you Berkshire Place Team for all you do for us.

Great apartment community with a great group of office staff. I've had a great experience living here . This is a well kept secret The community is kept up exceptionally with upgrades to the apartments to the landscaping to the monthly services to the apartments. It is a great value I would recommend this place to all my friends and family . Chris F.

The community was not very appealing. The floor plan and kitchen was very small. The rent was too high for what they were offering. The rent was comparable for the south end of Charlotte, but the community was not offering many perks compared to other communities within the same area.

It is a well kept complex with friendly staff. The common areas are always clean and I always feel safe here.

The community is tucked away from the main roads and is very peaceful. The landscaping is noteworthy and the apartments are well maintained.

The leasing agent made me feel like I was already home. She did a really nice presentation.

I thought the staff, apartment and layout were all remarkable. I would have definitely leased an apartment here based on this experience.

The overall impression of the agent was just okay. The agent needs more training and the apartment community itself could use a face lift, even in the leasing office.

I thought the carpet in the apartment could have used new padding, it felt very thin. Otherwise, I thought this was a nice community with a nice staff.

The community was very wooded and nicely set away from the busy street out in front. It had a mature look to it, but a comfortable one. The updated apartment was nicely done and looked appealing.
