I found this to be a pleasant community with good use of space and very good use of materials for the price point in this area. The one thing that I just could not personally get beyond was the HVAC system in the clothes closet. I would recommend at least enclosing it somewhat.

My perception of the community was very positive. Based on my interaction with the staff, I would feel very comfortable leasing there and would be proud to be a part of the growing community that they were completing. The community looked almost flawless and the design of the buildings were very aesthetically pleasing and unique. I would be excited to lease at this community.

I had a great experience at the property. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant and had a great since of humor. The property was very new and there was a good chance you would be the first to stay in one. The amenities were flawless. The location of the property was in a very good location with great shopping. The apartments were very spacious and very nice for a small family. I could definitely see myself calling the place home and recommend it to other families.

The area will be excellent once all the construction is finished. The area catered to the younger generation out of college with a great job. The leasing agent was able to relate to what I was looking for and was able to fit me with an apartment.
