Love it - only complaint is the noise of the neighbors upstairs outside of what I consider "reasonable" times (7a-10p). But that has more to do with them, and less to do with the facility.

This is the best place I've ever lived. It's a bit pricey, but if you can afford it and want to live in the Westport area then it is top notch. Be sure to get one of the covered parking options though, as they don't have enough normal parking. However, every other aspect is great and I have really enjoyed living here.

Lugging the trash over a block to the dumpster is ridiculous, the water pressure in the bathroom is poor and there isn't even a sprayer in the kitchen sink. Pool and gym are nice and the appearance of the complex is kept up well.

It's a nice place to live, but they raise rent everytime you resign a lease which is a pain. Not much loyality benefit for living there for an extended period of time. Once your in they don't do much to keep you there.

The property was gorgeous. It was maintained well. The apartment homes were very stylish with a lot of extra nice touches. The leasing professional were very knowledgeable about the sizes and prices of the apartments. Overall, I was very impressed.

The community presented itself as extraordinary. The amenities struck me as being up to date and well maintained. Care was taken to make the community a nice place to live. The upkeep of the grounds were flawless. The leasing professional was captivating and seemed like she was in a league of their own. Her knowledge and professionalism was incredible, as the demonstration led me to think that all of my problems would be solved. The leasing professional led with natural and sincere enthusiasm. She took great pride in helping me. I would be very happy living there, as the value of what was offered in exchange for the rate was exemplary. The location of the community to everything I needed outside was within walking distance, and the amenities within the apartment and on the property seemed very comforting. I could be swimming in the pool while watching my favorite show on television. The quality of life would be complete and I would want my friends and family to learn about the community as a place to call home.

This is a beautiful property. The clubhouse and all of its amenities are outstanding. It is modern and sleek and very high end. The property is beautifully maintained and landscaped and looks very inviting. The apartments are spacious and well designed, and they have garages available. In-unit laundry is a special bonus.
