During the visit, I encountered a property that was to me just average. I was disenchanted with the layout of the apartments. There were more stairs than usable living space. The amenities were pretty average as well. This property was pretty well maintained. The staff that I encountered was stellar! They were charming, patient and kind. It was a pleasant visit.

The community was nice, but there were a lot of apartment homes. The pool was very small for that amount of homes, plus there were a lot of kids in the pool when I toured and it was on a week day. It was definitely not a pool for adults. The fitness center was also very small for the size of the community. The amenities were well maintained. The apartments were upgraded and well maintained. The rooms were a bit small though and the stairs were extremely narrow and pretty steep. The leasing agent was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.

I thought the place was exceptional. The quality was high and maintenance was meticulously well kept. The leasing professional did a great job making the place seem homey and comfortable. She really pointed out all the details and features.

My impression of the community from a personal standpoint, was it was very nice. I thought the property had good value for the money. Compared to other properties that I have seen, this was definitely is a step above. The agent was distracted, or something was on her mind during the visit.

The tour provided by the agent was engaging and professional.

The leasing professional had a great personality and talked highly of the property.

The community was very large but well maintained. It was very conveniently located to shopping and community activities.

This townhome property was appealing and offered the renter a private homelike atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the entire property was in good order.

That this is the most awesome place to live. Just about everyone has a dog or a cat. This is the most pet friendly and military friendly place that we have ever lived in. I have tried to get others to move here.

I would tell them that you get a lot of space for a good amount for the area. I appliances may not be up to date in all the townhouses but they are pretty decent.
