Apartment is nice, amenities are good, covid has just made circumstances more difficult but I have always liked living here regardless.

I would not recommend. Since the new management the building has been noticeable dirtier. There is frequently dog poop in the corridor and hallways are filthy on the weekends.

For most reasons stated above. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they don't care about the cleanliness of their living environment, only like to party and have a lot of disposable cash.
It's incredibly over-priced for the older, dirty, small, no parking, rowdy, young, building.

Since Flux has changed ownership there has been a big difference at the apartment complex. We use to have monthly events and known for great gatherings. The vibe has changed with the new ownership and I feel even the cleanliness isnât there. Follow ups have to be made in order to get response in a timely manner.

My neighbors are entirely too loud on both sides and I feel like the quality and quantity of weekly amenities (breakfast, community events) have gone down since the change of management.
