The location is great. They offer a lot of amenities for a smaller community. The apartments look like new and have upgraded appliances in the kitchen.

I lived here for just over a year while on sabbatical and would move back without hesitation. The quality of the materials and appliances was good to very good, near the high end of what I'd expect when renting. The management staff were always great and were responsive even off hours when the situation warranted. The location is about the best in Eden Prairie; you are within an 8-15 minute walk of a wide variety of shopping and restaurant areas, the SouthWest Transit Center, etc. The amenities were great -- included, heated, reserved, underground parking; a good exercise room with a variety of equipment (and other facilities I didn't use); and an excellent Great Room for rent for events, which I used twice.

The leasing professional gave a very detailed presentation. He was very educated and informative about the community.

I feel I received great customer service. The associate was very knowledgeable of the community, kind and polite, and really seemed to want to help me with my needs. The community was more than I expected.

This apartment was very clean and very organized. It smelled very fresh and was updated. There are plans for further updates in the near future to keep the lobby updated and keep with the times.

The amenities were very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious but the kitchen was small. I think the rent is on the high side.

It is a very nice property. It has all the amenities you can think of except a pool. There are so many restaurants and stores in a two block walking distance, and they are connected to the Skyway and Old Chicago, which is a restaurant and bar. I could definitely call this home.

The community was in a great location with many conveniences nearby, and the professional pointed them out strongly on the on-site visit. I felt that she was really interested in having me there.

The apartment had a lot of great amenities that you do not usually see including racquetball and and an indoor basketball court. Also, the sauna and hot tub looked very appealing.

The amenities were modern, beautifully decorated and well maintained. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I knew that I would be proud to have visitors view my surroundings and come to my home. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The walkway between buildings was convenient, linking the units with the amenities without having to endure the elements. The units were contemporary, and the features were above average.

The agent gave a good presentation but really did not ask me many questions to tailor it to my needs.

The experience was quite comfortable and the agent was engaging and friendly. She did not seem hurried or distracted and I felt I had her complete attention.

I felt the price was high considering they did not have a pool, pond, or any other water feature in the outdoors. Summers are short and having at least a fountain that is relaxing, zen-like, welcoming, and attractive in the summertime is an added, important feature.
