The agent was very engaging during the tour. The apartment was one of the best that I have ever seen. It feels like a resort and there is so much activity going on every week for the residents.

I would be likely to recommend to family and friends.

The staff was professional and pleasant. The property was outstanding with wonderful amenities. The location was awesome.

The property was well maintained and had a large variety of amenities. The only thing missing in my opinion was a pool.

I did not notice where the leasing office was at first, but once I walked in, I was very shocked by how well maintained and decorated the office was. All building amenities were also in top condition and showed incredibly well.

Staff was not very welcoming as I entered the lobby. I had to wait about five minutes before I was greeted. It seemed that the leasing agent was not interested in giving a tour or my needs.

We lived at the water tower apartment a couple of years back when we were in MN. We since moved to NJ. As luck would have it we are moving to MN again. In light of our excellent experience with water tower the last time around we gravitated towards living there again. And we were pleasantly surprised to note that their service has consistently remained excellent. Kristen Gallagher and her team have been extremely helpful in providing us options to suit our needs and at times ambiguous timeline! Kristen has gone way beyond the call of duty to help us narrow on the most suitable option. We are looking forward to our second stay at the WT apartments!

Adam and Kristen in the office are terrific, friendly, and extremely prompt. Their

We lived at the Watertower for 2years, and love every day! We would still live there but we got relocated to another state. Everyone was super nice! Maintenance request were done within 24hours. Everything was clean and well kept. Great location! Even when I got sick they would bring my package to my apartment for me. If we every move back to Minneapolis, we will go back to the Watertower apartments!

I felt as though community offered good value for the rental fee that was being asked. The community looked high end, but was not priced outrageously.

The reception desk makes it hard to engage during initial contact.

The community provides modern living with all of the conveniences of home.

I think that this property is well taken care of. The staff gave the impression of caring and trying to make the complex into a family.

One thing I appreciated while on the tour was how I was directed where I was going and how the agent always led the way but allowed me to go first through elevators and hallways. I thought that was kind and respectful.

The community was very impressive. The cost was very high though. It was nice, but expensive. The community was top top notch.
