It appeared to be a community that had just about everything. The grounds appeared well kept and consisted of beautiful ponds. The clubhouse and pool area were very nice. The staff I met were mostly friendly and welcoming.

This was a beautiful community with loads to offer. I would recommend this community to everyone. They had lots to offer and seemed to really care about making life at their community rewarding. I loved this place.

The amenities of this community were attractive. The pool was five feet deep at the deepest but very clean and well maintained. The walkway around the water making it possible to walk a measured mile was inviting to me. I like the availability of the clubhouse and fitness room.

I was very impressed with the agent's thorough knowledge. She was very detailed in providing all information. She really does need to be stronger in closing a sale. She also needs to not talk so fast it can be overwhelming.

I was mesmerized from the beauty and serenity of the community when I drove up. The pool looked so clean and inviting I just want to go jump right in. There were separate conversation areas all around the pool and one had a gas fire pit. This property was beautifully landscaped and very well maintained. The common areas were clean and well taken care of. The apartment circle a wonderful pond that had a beautiful fountain in the middle of it.

After having viewed several apartments, I can say that this associate did the best job I had experienced in providing a pleasant visit.

The community had a lot of nice amenities. There were many community events for residents to stay busy and get acquainted with one another.

I was happy with the leasing agent. At times, it was easy to tell he was new at the property, but he tried really hard and it showed. He was a bit nervous, but he did a great job of trying to be really friendly and made a connection with me.

Upkeep of the grounds were exceptional, especially considering the drought that had plagued the area for over six weeks. The fitness room had a good variety of the most commonly used exercise equipment. The trees, ponds, and fountains add a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. I was not surprised to read that Waterchase won some awards.

The staff was very polite and professional. I was given great customer service.
