I would have leased an apartment based on the Leasing Professional's presentation.

Overall, the community looked nice. However, the main building door to the apartment I viewed was missing a lock so anyone could walk in.

The community had curb appeal. The staff was eager to help. From my experience and visual conclusion, I would find this to be a comfortable place to call home.

I found the community to be very well maintained and clean. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I also felt that the price for the apartment was reasonable for the space and amenities available. I would be comfortable calling the community my home.

Based on the Leasing Professional's presentation, I would rent an apartment here as a real customer. The property location was closed to everything. The leasing agent was fantastic. I would sign the lease in 24 hours.

The community was beautiful and the grounds were well manicured. The leasing staff was friendly, cordial and energetic with lots of enthusiasm. The community had great comfortable floor plans with fabulous amenities.

The model apartment I viewed was clean. It smelled fresh with no offensive odors. I liked the colors, they were neutral and it had modern looking appliances. The community offered nice amenities and was well-maintained.

The ladies were very pretty professional even more when was being trained. She didn’t excellent job for only having Work there is short amount of time. Everybody was extremely friendly and happy to help me with my needs. I believe they genuinely want to serve the property and the people reside in it.

This community was amazing. It was like living at a vacation resort. First of all, the views were amazing. They had very large and beautiful ponds and fountains, which many of the apartments overlooked. They had a swimming pool with very attractive sundecks, where residents could grill or enjoy the many community activities. This area also overlooked the beautiful pond. The community was well taken care of and the company pride shined through. The apartments offered large storage closets, extra pantries, washer and dryers inside the apartments, and many upgrades. There were several amenities available at this community. It was a place where you may never want to leave. The leasing professional that I worked with was also amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with her presentation. I do not think she missed a thing. She made me feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. I was ready to pack my bags and move in.

I greatly enjoyed the tour. The leasing professional did an amazing job. The overall atmosphere of the leasing office and the community was comforting.

Great place to call home, but being a full life citzen of the area, it was very disappointing to see how much this place charges for rent compared to a few years ago. Many cannot afford this now.

My impression of the community was very positive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment I viewed was very clean and updated. The amenities included a large pool, community room with a pool table and computers for public use. There were two work out rooms with yoga, spin bikes and other exercise machines. The facility was clean and very appealing with outside play equipment, ponds, and a walking path.

The staff in the community was knowledgeable, very helpful and accommodating. The community was quite nice and the grounds were well maintained. It also had nice additions to the community grounds, such as ponds with fountains, playground, dog park and many others. The community hosted events for the apartment community, which helped bring everyone together.

Although the community center and the amenities looked modern, I felt that the community looked somewhat dated. I noticed that the external walls of several of the buildings showed wear, like they were dirty.

I was impressed with my visit. The leasing professional had a great personality. The community was an easy sale.
