I only saw one person who was living here, there was no one using the clubhouse or the exercise room. I saw well kept grounds, a good sized apartment, and a reasonable price.

The apartment community seemed very low income to me, there was not really anything luxury about it besides the large pool.

This community offers a lot for the money. This community is extremely clean inside and out. This impressive community, has a professional sand beach volleyball court, pool, WiFi, and a 24 hour fitness center.

The community looked very well maintained and tidy. The leasing professional was polite and professional. She did not identify my needs before the tour however, so it was difficult for her to tailor the presentation to my concerns. She was likable, and informative.

The leasing professional is a real asset for this community. She knows her job well and communicates her expertise in a way that is professional and comfortable.

This is a very nice community. The apartment was very nice with upgrades. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment which is excellent for privacy purposes. The leasing agent was otstanding.
