I was a little uncomfortable when I was asked about my income. If there is a way to bring up the topic without asking the prospective resident's income right away, that would be easier to deal with.

The leasing professional was engaging and friendly. She made me feel very welcome. She did not ask me many questions however about my needs before starting her presentation. She was very organized, and she gave me confidence in the management. She spoke a bit too quickly at times and seemed a bit nervous. It was also quite noisy in the office/clubhouse area at the time of my visit.
