My impression of the leasing agent was that he was friendly and genuine in nature. He seemed like a good person. He felt sincere in his presentation. He built rapport with me. He seemed very slightly nervous during the presentation when I asked the required questions. In the apartment I really appreciated the opposite end bedroom set up and the two bathrooms. I like all of the storage spaces and the washer/dryer connections inside the apartment and the private entrance.

Well manicured grounds and friendly staff. The model I was shown was nicely decorated with a nice spilt floor plan. The full size washer and dryer was a nice feature as well as the extra storage space located under the stairwell as well as the small extra pantry space.

The community was well kept and had a lot of amenities. There were two pools and clubhouses. There were nature trails and exercise facilities. I did not feel as if there was anything special about the community or about the leasing presentation. It looked as if it would offer a pleasant level of living but the apartments, themselves were not anything extraordinary. The leasing agent was friendly, professional and chatted easily. However, she seemed a little distant and distracted.

I found the apartment layout to be good for my type of living, with an open floor plan and separated bedrooms. I liked the open courtyard grassy area, which made me feel less confined. I thought the pool was a cut above many and something I could enjoy. The clubhouse was nice, but not overly impressive. It could be larger to accommodate bigger functions. Overall, I thought it was a good place to live, but a little bit pricey.

The community was beautiful and the new upgrades were impressive. There were not a lot of amenities included nor was either the electricity, gas or cable.

These units are very nice. They are clean, roomy and very well taken care of. The grounds are VERY clean. They are attractive and great curb appeal. They are country in the city. The rents are slightly high. There are a great deal of apartments in the area and they are competing with many apartments very much like them. They have the extra storage that many do not have as much. The paint and decor are very well done. The paint is not worn or marred by time and make the apartment sparkle. They even have the mounds built up to kill street noise travel. The windows are new enough that you can't hear the road traffic which is right next to the models windows. The mounds also help keep the siding clean from road dust. It looked like they may have just been washed. Colors are excellent and furniture is upper end in value. I would rent there.
