The grounds of the community were impeccable. It was a warm and inviting feeling when I entered and the model I viewed was flawless. The staff was very friendly and I could see myself calling it home.

The office staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my move in process! From my first tour up until I was all settled in, I felt confident the Liberty Grand office was there for me. The apartments themselves are super great for the price. Most places like these in the area cost well over $200 more a month-talk about a bargain! I recommend these apartments to all my friends looking for a place in A2!

The way the staff and community was represented by the leasing agent was engaging. Every question or need I asked or reported was answered with confidence. I did expect a stronger sell from the agent. I did not feel any urgency to put my money down or get the process started. I felt a little let down at that point because all during my visit the agent was making me feel at home. Then, at the end of my visit, he just said to let him know what I decided after I looked at other communities.

This apartment community was outstanding to tour. The grounds were well maintained and everything appeared to be neat and clean. The leasing professionals were very nice, engaging, and helpful. I was very impressed with how modern the apartments were. The community was in a great location with easy access to local conveniences.

The community is nice and the salesman was friendly but without a vacant apartment to view, I would not have leased or been put on a waiting list. Looking at a layout does not make it easy to imagine my own furniture in the apartment. Maybe some photos of a furnished apartment could be shown to make a decision easier.

The property struck me as a community I could see myself living at. The staff was exceptional and the amenities were great!

The floors in the apartment were very nice, dark wood floors. I would love to have those in my place. I would recommend the community to anyone!

The service was excellence. The agent did an exceptional job demonstrating the features and the advantages to living at this community. I did not feel the rental price was a good value. The apartment features were ordinary with no modern feel.

I felt the apartment was nice, with many nice features including a full size washer/dryer, nice cabinets, open floor concept, walk-in closets, private entrances, a clubhouse, pool, and picnic areas. The leasing professional went above and beyond as a consultant, providing me with directions exactly from where I would be coming from and emailing them to me, being available beyond the office hours, and calling/emailing with reminder appointments.

The community was nice and the apartment was spacious and updated.

This community was well cared for. The parking lot was new and the apartments were being upgraded.

I liked the development. The apartment itself was complete. It had two bedrooms two full baths, adequate storage, in apartment laundry, open air scenery (city maintained trail, even an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is apartment living as it should be. The recreational amenities and conveniences also would make life pleasant. The sales agent was thoughtful and thorough in his presentation. Staff members seemed cheerful and happy and created a good atmosphere.
